Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers made, their acceptance, as well as to all agreements and their execution.
Ordered products will be shipped within 1 to 2 days . Shipping costs depend on the chosen shipping method. Orders over £99 will be shipped for free within the United Kingdom. Please read below for our other delivery terms.
Definitions
1.1 "The customer" refers to the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Aboe Safiya (ordered clothing on the website) or intends to do so.
1.2 Aboe Safiya refers to the webshop www.aboesafiya.co.uk
Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers made by Aboe Safiya, their acceptance, as well as to all agreements concluded with Aboe Safiya and their execution.
2.2 Deviations and changes to these general terms and conditions are only valid if they have been made in writing or by email by Aboe Safiya.
Prices and Price Changes
3.1 The prices mentioned by Aboe Safiya are inclusive of VAT in Pounds and exclusive of a contribution for shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in the product-related information.
3.2 Aboe Safiya has the right to change prices and correct any typographical errors. If this disadvantages the customer, the customer will be informed. The customer retains the right to terminate the agreement.
Offers
4.1 All offers by Aboe Safiya are non-binding and subject to product availability. If the offer is no longer available:
The customer will be offered an alternative, or
the agreement will be dissolved.
Delivery
5.1 Delivery takes place, unless otherwise agreed, to the delivery address provided by the buyer.
5.2 Aboe Safiya arranges shipment by post after payment for the products to be delivered is received.
5.3 If an address is provided incorrectly, the customer is liable for all subsequent consequences, such as paying again for shipping to the corrected address or if the package is lost due to the incorrectly provided address.
Delivery Timeframe
6.1 The delivery times indicated on the website and in the order confirmation are indicative and not exact deadlines. Aboe Safiya is not liable for damages due to exceeding the delivery times.
6.2 Aboe Safiya makes every effort to meet the indicated delivery times.
Payment
7.1 Payment must be made through the website.
Warranty & Liability
8.1 Aboe Safiya guarantees the soundness of delivered goods. In case of clear product defects, Aboe Safiya guarantees a new product or a refund of the purchase price to the customer.
8.2 The customer must report any deviations in quantities of delivered goods or damages to these goods immediately, within 5 working days after delivery. The customer must report by email to aboesafiyauk@gmail.com.
8.3 The warranty does not cover the consequences of incorrect and unprofessional use, the consequences of wear and tear as usual with utensils, and improper storage of delivered goods.
8.4 Excluded from warranty are:
the formation of pills/fuzz on clothing
the shrinking of clothing in the wash
other wear and tear due to use
Aboe Safiya makes every effort to guarantee the quality of products. However, fabrics differ in quality and react strongly to how they are treated. For example, cotton and wool material may fuzz to a greater or lesser extent depending on how they are treated. It is best to wash this material inside out, cold, and at a low speed. Washing instructions also do not guarantee that a product will not shrink, but are there to keep the product as solid as possible for as long as possible. A product can always shrink (minimally) in the wash.
Additionally, it happens with clothing that it may contain unfinished stitches or (very) small spots or imperfections. Basically, this falls under normal production. If the customer experiences this as a major shortcoming upon receipt, this can be reported within 14 days after receipt by email, and a possible solution will be considered for each situation.
8.5 The damages to be paid by Aboe Safiya due to attributable failure in the performance of an agreement will - except for own intent and gross negligence - in no case exceed the agreed amount.
8.6 Aboe Safiya accepts - except for own intent and gross negligence - no liability for indirect damages, i.e., damages not directly caused by its failure.
