Return Policy
At Aboe Safiya, we strive for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we make the return process easy, insha Allah. Below you will find our return conditions and instructions on how to return your items.
Return Conditions
- The products must be unworn (trying on is permitted).
- Original labels must be attached to the products.
- The products must be in their original condition and should not smell of perfume or sweat.
If your products meet these conditions, you have 14 days to notify us of your return via email and then a maximum of 14 days to ensure that the package is delivered to us. Please note that the cost of returning the products is your responsibility.

Complaints
If you have received a defective or faulty product, we will assess your complaint via email and, if applicable, arrange for your return at no cost to you. To lodge a complaint, please follow these steps:
- Email us at aboesafiyauk@gmail.com.
- Include the following details in the email:
- Full name:
- Order number:
- Description of the defect:
- Attach photos and/or videos to clarify the issue.
- We will respond with a detailed reply within 1 business day, insha Allah.
Refund Process
When do we issue refunds?
We will refund the money within 10 days of receiving your return, insha Allah.
Where will I receive the refunded amount?
We will refund the amount in the same manner as you made the payment. If this is not possible, we will contact you.
Return Shipping Costs
The costs for return shipping are your responsibility. If you are returning a product because it is damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will reimburse these costs afterwards.
Please note: Aboe Safiya reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
